It has been a very exciting time in the Pre-Prep and Pre-School over the last two weeks! Last Friday the children performed the Nativity plays ‘The Toy Shop’ and ‘Everyone Loves a Baby’. The children sang beautifully and acted brilliantly throughout the performances and certainly marked the start of Christmas for all.

The Pre-school had their Nativity Trip to the North Pole to visit Father Christmas, the Elves and a talking polar bear called Marty!

Mrs Sparkle came to visit for our Christmas treat on Monday afternoon. She entertained the children and made everyone giggle with her tricks and jokes! After Mrs Sparkle, Santa arrived and gave everyone a Christmas present – the children were all on the good list!

On Friday we will finish the term with a Christingle service. This week the children have been busy preparing for the service by understanding the significance of the Christingle, assembling their own orange and learning a poem ready to finish the term with this lovely celebration.

The children have been amazing this term, they have worked hard, had lots of fun and really impressed the teachers. Well done everyone!

Happy Christmas and New Year from the Pre-School and Pre-Prep staff.
