Year Six have done some fantastic homework over the past two weeks on Macbeth.
We have had a wide variety of projects on Shakespeare bought in including films, power points, fact files, posters, artwork, models, scene sets, and cakes to name but a few! We also set them a task of creating and designing their own witches. We have been astounded by the effort and hard work that has gone into these tasks and the levels of creativity shown.
In the Year 6 meeting at the beginning of the year we explained that following the exams we would be getting creative in our learning and set project based tasks for a short period afterwards. Whilst we have not set typical English written and comprehension homework we have set tasks that have allowed them to explore the play in creative and different ways with excellent outcomes as you can see. We thank year six for the time and effort that they have put into their homework and parents for their continued support.
