On the last day of our Lent Term, the Main Prep children were provided with a treat by their very own Easter Bennett. This not so little bunny had been busy hiding, dropping and throwing easter eggs (large and small) around the cedars whilst the children were in their end of term chapel service. After a brief chat with the children about the rules, the hunt was on to find all the eggs and prizes and they searched the cedars high and low to try and find them all.
I’m sure that the children managed to find every last egg that was planted within the 20 minutes we were in the cedars. As you can imagine from pupils at DCPS, there were lots of acts of kindness towards children who had fewer eggs and these acts were recognised and rewarded by supervising staff.
It was great fun and brilliant to watch! Thank you to Miss Bennett who, once again, organised this fun event!
