Materials in PP1

Pre-Prep 1 are learning about ‘Materials’ this half term.  They have been looking at properties of materials and testing to see which materials are waterproof.  They are in the process of designing and making a model house, carefully choosing suitable materials.  Good luck with the challenge PP1.​

Farm Animals

Reception have been learning about Farm Animals.  This week we have been concentrating on the 'cow'.  We have compared how a cow was milked long ago to how it is milked today.  We made butter using an old butter churn and shaking milk.  This was hard work!  We also made some delicious ice cream.
